The two storey building would have a 86-seat restaurant and 37 parking spaces as well as 12 cycle racks.
McDonald’s have, currently, two sites locally - Newgate Lane and West Street in Fareham.
The proposed new outlet will be on a brownfield site at the junction with the A27 Southampton Road and Farm Road,
The multi-national company want to construct a freestanding restaurant/takeaway with drive thru facility, car parking, landscaping and associated works, including Customer Order Displays.
